Hello there! Welcome to Peace Love and Hair by Whitney, a Salon Suite where the hair magic happens. My intention is to give you a luxurious salon experience with a private setting, where you feel comfortable to relax and unwind, while achieving the hair of your dreams. I’ve been in the hair world since 2012 and love connecting with people, while giving them a style that fits their lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Life happens to us all, so please let me know at your earliest convince if we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Time is such a valuable resource, so let’s work together to respect each other’s time. You’re welcome to call or text me at (931)401-7834 to notify me of any changes.
CANCELLATIONS: I require a minimum of a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid future booking fees. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of services booked in order to schedule future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service total at the time of your new appointment. If there is another last minute cancellation for the new appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or rolled over, and another deposit will be required to rebook again.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW: If you have an appointment and do not show up or call, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of 100% of your No Call/No Show appointment in order to rebook with me. This fee will not be applied to your future appointment, but will apply to my time lost during your No Show appointment. You will also be required to pay 100% of services booked for your new appointment as a non-refundable deposit toward your future booked appointment, which will apply to services rendered at the time of future appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: Time is of the essence, but we all run a little behind every now and then. If you know you will be a few minutes behind, please shoot me a text or give me a call so I’m aware. I will be diligent about trying my best to do the same for you. I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, but services are subject to modification to accommodate scheduling.
